Prioza

Terms of service

Last updated: [DATE]

Draft. Fill in every bracketed field and have it reviewed by someone qualified before publishing. This is a starting structure, not legal advice.

These terms govern your use of Prioza, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By creating an account or connecting Prioza to an AI assistant, you accept them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One account is for one person. You must be at least [16] years old.

What the service does

Prioza stores the tasks, goals and habits you create and returns them in an order derived from the comparisons you make. The ranking is a suggestion produced by your own inputs. It is not advice, and you remain responsible for your decisions.

Connecting an AI assistant

You may connect Prioza to an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. When you do, that assistant can call Prioza tools on your behalf, including tools that create, change or delete your data. Review what you authorize, and disconnect the assistant when you no longer want it to have access.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prioza to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may rate limit or suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Prioza is free while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices and tell you before any charge applies to your account. [Add billing, renewal and refund terms once pricing exists.]

Your content

What you put into Prioza stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to the assistants you connect. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep Prioza running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. During beta, features may change or be removed.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless prevented by law.

Liability

Prioza is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the [12] months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
