It is written to cover the five areas the Claude Connectors Directory checks: what is collected, how it is used and stored, third party sharing, retention, and how to contact us.

Prioza is a task management service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], based in [COUNTRY]. This policy explains what we collect when you use the web application or connect Prioza to an AI assistant such as Claude.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and the authentication identifiers issued when you sign in.
Content you create: tasks, goals, habits, tags, dates, effort estimates and the results of the comparisons you make. This is the data the service exists to store.
Connection data: when you connect Prioza to an AI assistant, we record that the connection exists and which tools were called, so the service can run and so we can diagnose failures.
Technical data: IP address, timestamps and error logs generated by ordinary server operation.

We do not collect your conversations with the AI assistant. We only receive the arguments the assistant sends to a Prioza tool, for example the text of a task you asked it to create.

How we use it

To run the service: store your tasks, compute the ranking and return your lists.
To authenticate you and keep your data separate from other users'.
To diagnose errors and improve reliability.
To contact you about the service itself, for example a security notice or a material change to these terms.

We do not sell your data. We do not use the content of your tasks to train machine learning models.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on servers operated by [HOSTING PROVIDER] in [REGION], encrypted in transit over HTTPS and at rest by the provider.

Who else sees it

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, and only what each one needs:

[EMAIL PROVIDER], for transactional email, if applicable.
[PAYMENT PROVIDER], for billing, if applicable. Card details are handled by the provider and never reach our servers.

When you connect Prioza to an AI assistant, the data returned by a tool call is sent to that assistant's provider and is then governed by their privacy policy, not ours. You control which assistant is connected and can disconnect it at any time.

We may disclose data if legally compelled to do so.

How long we keep it

Account and content data: for as long as your account is open.
After you delete your account: erased within [30] days, except where we are legally required to retain records.
Technical logs: [90] days.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights over personal data, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local authority.

Children

Prioza is not directed at children under [16] and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
